As a Weblocalhost customer, you are in total control of your VPS server. We encourage our customers to backup their data often. However, it’s time consuming an sometimes costly to backup your VPS to a remote server. We are providing a solution.
Effective 3/11/2017, we are providing free backup storage. You can now store up to 20GB of data, per VPS, on remote servers provided by Weblocalhost. There is no charge for this service. To receive your free storage, please open a support ticket or send an email to [email protected].
WLH’s NAS Public Connections

WLH’s NAS Private Connections – Private connections provides a direct ip connection between your server and our NAS servers.

- NFS – Network File System
- CIFS – Common Internet File System
NFS/CIFS
The NFS and CIFS protocols enable you to mount your backup space locally on your server. The direct advantage is being able to manipulate your files as if they were on a local disk and thus to use all admin tools easily to carry out your backup.
*For your security, all NAS connections must be made from your server’s ip address.
*Weblocalhost cannot be held liable for technical incidents on the backup spaces or the data hosted.
*Your login and password will be delivered via our secure ticket system only. Passwords will not be emailed.
